Let us therefore commit to building archival systems that are inclusive, transparent, and resilient. Let us reaffirm that archives are not mere remnants of the past, but living instruments that nurture national unity, strengthen democracy, and inspire innovation. And let us work hand in hand across institutions, across borders, and across cultures to ensure that the collective memory of humanity remains intact, accessible, and meaningful for centuries to come.
